"Family and friend gathering. 9 adults over 50 years old. We enjoyed being on the Themes and spent our time outside. The house is not meant for that many adults even though it has 5 bedrooms. Many of the beds were too short and one room is clearly a children’s room. The place needs some TLC on furniture, rugs, beds (sag in middle) and outdoor cleanliness…lots of spider webs. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. "My husband and our 2 young children flew from the states over to England to surprise our friends for a special visit. This home was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family. It was a quick drive to many towns and had easy access to unlicensed transport so we could go into London. The property manager was kind and quick to offer assistance whenever we needed anything. "This property feels like you are house sitting. Everything you expect and more was provided. Having travelled from London where the accommodation varied, this home was a relief to stay in. The only real problem for us was that my spouse is very tall so had to duck when using the stairs."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Tower Hotel! Beautiful views of the river were def a plus! There are several nice restraints on the other side of the bridge and on the docks behind the hotel. Black cabs are always out front waiting to take you around town and the underground is close by! We would definitely stay again! "

Best location!

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was so perfect for us, especially as we were seeing Wicked at the theatre only a 5 min walk away. If you are using the Gatwick express this is also perfect location. Lovely to actually stay with breakfast included. So much choice in a beautiful restaurant. Large area to look after your bags for the day on arrival and departure. Check in easy. We had a basement room with no windows that I was a little apprehensive about, but it was fabulous with a daylight light ‘window’ we would never have known we were in the basement. We would definitely use this hotel again"
