"I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"Everything went according to plan.The only negative comment we have was the litter in the street but the whole of London was grubby. This is not helped by large numbers of dogs using christmas displays and planters as a toilet.We hope to stay again at this property.Friendly staff."

"Great spacious two bedroom apartment. Very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly. Tube station less than a 5 minute walk, Bakerloo line. Plenty of supermarkets or takeaways around the apartments if wanting to eat in."

"Great little (tiny!) apartment that was perfect for a solo trip. Convenient location- easy walk to the tube and various stores, restaurants, cafes etc. Used the kitchen to make a couple of meals (pots, pans and utensils provided but no oil). A bit noisy as you can hear people in the hallway and going in/out of their rooms but nothing too bad. "

It's a little bit outside of the usual tourist city places so it's a little quieter, especially on the weekends. But it's within walking distance to spots like Spitalfields market, brick lane and a 30 min walk to Borough market. "We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. The Cumberland is a great choice when visiting London especially if you are traveling with your kids. We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean. The bathroom was amazing with modern decor and so warm! Honestly the best shower on our 2 week trip! It is a big hotel, but with real processes and trained staff in place to accommodate guests. There is such a great energy and vibe one feels as soon as you enter the property which was amazing and fun. Superb bar and nightly entertainment on lobby floor, amazing gym and conveniences to get food any hour of the night. Good security and the facilities are so updated and clean. This is an ideal location very close to Hyde Park and major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff for your next trip to London "
