"The place is very clean and the pods were good. Very easy to find and figure out. The matress can be better. But for the price I wont complain. No main plugs inside the pods but there are usb ports to charge. But they are very fiddly and damaged. Small nudge and they get loose. Might need repairing. Overall good. Will book again in future. "

"Stayed over Christmas, second time here. Honestly it's one of my favourite places to stay. It's a little bit outside of the usual tourist city places so it's a little quieter, especially on the weekends. But it's within walking distance to spots like Spitalfields market, brick lane and a 30 min walk to Borough market. "It was easily accessible to Terminals 2 and 3. Never really have to go outside of the airport to walk to the hotel; just a short walk through the airport parking garage. The reception staff was very knowledgeable. I’d probably stay at this hotel again for a long layover. Bed was extremely comfortable. "

"We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. The Cumberland is a great choice when visiting London especially if you are traveling with your kids. We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean. The bathroom was amazing with modern decor and so warm! Honestly the best shower on our 2 week trip! It is a big hotel, but with real processes and trained staff in place to accommodate guests. There is such a great energy and vibe one feels as soon as you enter the property which was amazing and fun. Superb bar and nightly entertainment on lobby floor, amazing gym and conveniences to get food any hour of the night. Good security and the facilities are so updated and clean. This is an ideal location very close to Hyde Park and major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff for your next trip to London "
