We were also able to check in early, which was a wonderful bonus. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our week-long stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to London Bridge station and surrounded by excellent cafes and bars along Bermondsey Street. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!"

"The staff (from the online admin through to the reception and amenities staff) are all always so welcoming and helpful. Can be a little expensive at full rate but they often have offers and then the room rates are are not much more than local chain hotels - who cannot compete with the quality of the offer here nor the fact that you'll also be getting kitchen facilities for the price. I think the extra space and better layouts of the premium studios make them a better choice than the regular...

"Absolutely loved this place. We had a one-bedroom with interior balcony that served as an extra sitting room when our son was using the sofa bed. Kitchen well-stocked, beds comfortable, washer/dryer worked well. (There are user manuals online for every appliance.) Staff is lovely and there’s always someone available. We were there nine nights, will probably be back. "

"Good. Nice neighborhood, good transport links and pleasant staff. Spent five days at Native, Hyde Park. My only criticism is the place is rather pricey considering our room was never cleaned, towels were not replaced and our bins were not emptied for the whole period we were there. "
