"I went with my partner in mid-January, the hotel is accessible to everything, 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean, they smelled good, the included breakfast was good, hot and cold options, fruits, good coffee, fresh every day and the area clean. The front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast staff were super good and attentive to everything. The only detail is the noise between rooms and the upper floor, but since it came out early to visit town it isn’t bothered us. The hot...

"Stopped here on our way to FL with the whole family. The rooms were clean and breakfast in the morning was good. My kiddos enjoyed the variety of cereal and hot food offered. The waffles were a hit with our oldest. Overall a great place to stay with no complaints and great staff. The Mountain views are always beautiful even in the winter and we saw a rainbow over the mountains from the breakfast area in the morning. Definitely would stay here again. "

"The hotel and room was great. Only constructive criticism I have was the back entrance. Both times we wanted to enter the back door there were a few people "hanging" out on the walk. First time just someone smoking. The next time, later evening, 3 people were there smoking and loud music. Made it uncomfortable to use the door. Front door was fine."
