"Check in was very easy as well as check out. The train station was at walking distance. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The only thing was the room was extremely tiny, but I believe that is the standard room in Japan. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Spacious room. Can accommodate a family of 5 easily. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Their laundry facilities can use some improvement. The dryer wasn’t working properly. Inefficient dryer. "

"Excellent value for the cost of the room. lobby is modern but the rooms are dated (but clean). Small crack in sink porcelain, some set in stains in carpet but it was clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Felt very safe and super convenient location near Shinagawa station. 7/11 on the property was amazing to have! Would easily stay here again!"
