"Great little capsule hostel right in the heart of Shinjuku. Really loved the book library (even if most if not all was Japanese) and the staff were so friendly. Good lattes too! As someone told me there, it’s a hostel so don’t expect too much personal space but you definitely get enough here. Would love to be back."

"Really nice stay, location and cleanliness are perfect. Only thing would be the pod get hot especially if your on top bunk and the heater is on and heat rises so without a fan/ac it lacks circulation in the pod. I would stay here again. Also like the self check in, our flight landed late and was able to check in with no issues"

"After 3 hostels/guesthouses in a row, we were really happy to stay at ∧ Hostel Minamisenju. We liked that the building and facilities were newer and cleaner. The person at the front desk was friendly as well. Our room was a little dusty but it was clean enough, though we could have also benefited from a mirror in the room and a few hooks for our towels and clothing items to lessen clutter in such a small room. "Everyone was very accommodating, and its a busy but quiet hostel for the most part. Definitely lived in but they try their best on upkeep. And their best is definitely enough! Definitely stay here for easy 5-10 minute walks for metro and plenty of dining options ariund. "

"The hostel is located in the heart of the Kuramae area. Walking distance to the metro, convenience stores and restaurants. The hostel staff are friendly and helpful. The hostel does lack with social elements with not having a common area. The only area where you can sit is in the cafe down stairs. They have a small kitchen with a dinning table.
