"I enjoyed everytjing being so close. Anything you could possibly want was within walking distance. I would recommend the property add a coin pay laundry facility for guests to use. That was the only thing I was missing. "

"Embassy is a very short walk to the beach, just go across the street to the side walk next to the museum where it’s not as crowded as Waikīkī beach. The hotel is a bit old, but it was in a great area, has a great breakfast, and the staff were all super friendly. Only parking is valet, and the closest parking lot is even more expensive, but valet was definitely worth it and super fast. "

"This hotel is at the quieter end of Waikiki, and all the better for it. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, but there are dozens to choose from within minutes walk away. The more expensive end of Waikiki has many more Designer shops and the hotels are more expensive too. At that end the beaches are lovely, but crowded. Near the Ramada Plaza the beaches, a short walk across the road, are just as nice, wider in some parts, but nowhere near as busy. A number of Shopping malls are within 10 minutes walk as well, with all the big name US shops, plus all the Designers as well. The hotel has an adequate pool, a laundry room for guests to use, and it has plenty of machines and dryers, and the rooms are fine and very comfortable. They are slightly dated, but you won’t be paying top dollar to rest your head there. All that the island of Oahu has to offer is on your doorstep with all the excursions and experiences easily booked from your hotel room, and the ones we enjoyed even picked us up from close to the hotel (just opposite the hotel is the regular excursion tourist coach stop) The staff at the hotel were very helpful and knowledgeable and happily offered their advice and suggestions. If you’re looking for high 5* luxury then you’d probably find it elsewhere but if you want good, affordable accommodation in a great location then you’d be hard pressed to beat the Ramada Plaza."

"Nice hotel; clean; pretty views of the marina but need to walk to Hilton Hawaiian Village for nearest beach access or walk into the center of Waikiki (about 25 minute walk, sometimes quicker by Uber but not in traffic.) Infinity pool was closed while we were there. Hotel pool was fine but sometimes had a shortage of chairs. About a 5 minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping mall which is huge. Coffee shop in the lobby was good and convenient. "
