"There was a hair strand on sofa and the barhroom floor near shower door was bloated and damaged because of poor design. But other than that it was better than outrigger beach hotel that we switched to hyatt centric and we were happy with it. Nice little pool for kids. Staff were friendly."

"Location is great - the beach is right there! The city or someone needs to do something about homeless population in the area. Staff was really good. Big problem was that they are updating the facility. Of course, that is reasonable but... They did not have our room available. We had to be moved before we checked in. This was apparently due to electric issues in our original room. They moved us to a different room, which was better and they waived some fees. So, all good until... They were...
