"Lovely hotel, nicely positioned in a quiet area but close enough to the tram and metro stations and more importantly all tourist attractions. The hotel was nicely furnished throughout, rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. "Very friendly and welcoming staff, the games room was a nice addition. Bed was relatively comfortable and the deluxe suite was a good size. The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. The room decor needs some modernising: there were stains on the sofa, ceramic chips in the bathroom and an old stereo.
