I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grandior Hotel Prague, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's elegant, modern design and the warm hospitality of the staff. The lobby is spacious and inviting, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was beautifully appointed, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with high-quality toiletries. The room also offered stunning views of the city, which made for a lovely start and end to each day. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with any requests. Whether it was arranging transport, recommending local attractions, or providing directions, they went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The hotel's location is ideal, situated within walking distance of Prague’s most famous landmarks, such as the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and Wenceslas Square. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city without needing to travel far. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, and I was not disappointed. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering everything from fresh pastries and fruit to hot dishes and local specialties. very close to the central train station. Older property and Al title dated, but otherwise good. Breakfast was the star of the hotel. A lot of variety and hearty offerings. Also the staff is kind and attentive, especially the front desk. They help us book a walking tour and gave us as much information as possible about getting around. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is great. The check in process was done quickly by the friendly and smiling staff. We had booked with breakfast included and the breakfast buffet did not disappoint. The room we got was spacious and absolutely suitable for our family. The location is quite central with most sights within about 20 minutes walk. An absolutely great experience.

This is not a 5star hotel!!!! The beds are extremely uncomfortable! The reception area is like a training function facility, you have to walk through to get to the lifts to get to the rooms. We had kids running up and down slamming doors making so much noise throughout our stay especially at 7-8am. The only good thing about the hotel is its location!
