"We got to the Hotel very early on the same day as the check in, the hotel was completely full and we wanted to do early check in. They were very helpful and managed to find us a room in no time even with breakfast included. The front desk staff were really great "

"Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, woke up with a neck ache every morning but I won’t take that personally. Hardly any choice on the TV but we could not fault the location, it was close to where we needed to be. Overall it was a good stay."
