The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The place is amazing - easy access to all major sites of Prague. The breakfast was also excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel, rooms, and location are great. However, the amenities are not. The shower randomly goes from normal to burning hot and hurt. Also, the noise inside the hotel is awful. I could hear every footstep on the floor, furniture moving, people talking and taking showers, and water running through pipes right next to the bed. I had to use headphones to get sleep. Again, it’s beautiful, but would not stay again.

The best part about this property is how central it is. It is walkable to all main points of interest in Prague. The rooms are clean and the bedding is crisp.

Everything was good except a guest brought a dog into the breakfast room and walked around the buffet carrying the dog leaning over the food , I reported this so I'm sure it won't happen again, other than that all good

A comfortable spacious room in a conveniently located hotel with an excellent and attentive staff. What more could one ask for? How about an excellent Italian Restaurant 8’ out the door?! I most definitely recommend this reasonably priced Hotel for all travelers. I am handicapped and the Hotel has an elevator. And did I mention that it is very reasonably priced? 5⭐️’s on every level.

We have a very nice time in this hotel, The only thing I disappoint it was that in the breakfast dining room there was a man with his lovely little dog, and someone from the hotel asked him to abandon the room, what was very sad for us. If it’s a friendly pet hotel too have to accept them.The next day were another family with a bigger and beautiful dog and nobody told them nothing,was a very sad moment.

Stayed in a family room for 4 nights with family - cannot beat the location as it’s located in the heart of Stare Mesto. Walking distance to all tourist sites - if needed the metro is a couple of blocks away. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
