"This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Very close to the town square, but just far enough away to not have all the tourists right outside your door. The desk, bar and restaurant staff are all wonderful, especially our bartender, Christian! The breakfast buffet was great each morning. Our room was large and beautiful. Two small complaint/suggestions, (and this just applies to rm 316) 1) The design of the tub/shower is not very good. Very difficult to impossible to be able to stand under the water stream, and very easy for the water to end up outside the tub. 2) The A/C is next to useless. Fortunately, temps were very pleasant during our April stay, and we could open the window in the evening to cool the room down. Could not leave it open all night... a little too noisy from the late night drinking songs for that! I would certainly choose this hotel again if ever returning to Prague. No question!"

"The hotel was lovely, clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast is excellent too and we would stay again, however the air con in our room was broken and we were on the top floor. This made for an uncomfortable time at night particularly, which would have been a big issue in the summer (we went in April). Apart from that we were very happy. "
