"I’ve stay at many places in Saigon, and this was one of the best places to stay. The apartments were clean, the pool was nice, location is great and there’s a 7/11 downstairs that’s open 24/7 for anything you might need, and a pharmacy as well. Chau is an AMAZING host. I will be recommending this location to people I know. She is very sweet and responds quickly. 10/10 would recommend, I would vote more than 5 stars if possible!!"

"The property itself was nice. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. The check in process was horrible causing me to have to book another accommodation. The arrival email was never sent to me. So I didn’t receive the entry code for the front door (as there is no reception). I arrived at 7pm w chick is a very reasonable time to expect someone to pick up the phone. However they did not. It took 7 attempts and Facebook messages the following day to get in. The WhatsApp number doesn’t work...

"Communication was poor and late regarding the self check-in and the airport pick-up. Eventually, it all worked out. We did waste a lot of time thinking about plan B if we did not get the information needed to check-in and was thinking about getting a taxi on our own. The place is fine even though it wasn't the same room we had booked for. The pictures on the website looked better than the reality. Maybe there are rooms like that, but we didn't get it. All in all, the host was friendly and nice...
