"The staff is great, room was clean and spacious Only downside was when they offered me an airport pickup for 450,000 when it is 3km away and a Grab taxi is only 63,000. If you are a tourist there is not much around there, either walk a lot or Grab taxi everywhere."

"First time renting an apartment for my stay in Vietnam. It was better than I expected. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living space. Easy to find and access plus good location. Close walk to walking street. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants something different than a hotel. "

The arrival email was never sent to me. So I didn’t receive the entry code for the front door (as there is no reception). I arrived at 7pm w chick is a very reasonable time to expect someone to pick up the phone. However they did not. It took 7 attempts and Facebook messages the following day to get in.
