Great location at the beach and near restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Amazing breakfast buffet with many options. Room was updated and spacious. They had a daily tea service that included snacks and a live pianist. I highly recommend!

Really lovely stay at Haian. They bent over backwards to make my stay absolutely perfect. Excellent costumer service at all times. The room suite was large and spacious with the best sea view ever. Sadly the weather was awful so couldn’t utilise the beach much but the hotel made me feel very welcome.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast buffet was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and though the service was a little slow, the servers were very nice and the food was great. Our flight arrived outside of the free shuttle but the paid limo pickup was great. The driver and hotel staff came to pick us up so checkin was very quick and smooth. We were able to use the free shuttle for drop off so that was very convenient & free. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. The only thing i wasn’t aware of was the bathroom/shower situation. We normally can re use our towels & need minimal housekeeping help. But because the bathroom showers were very close to the toilets & somewhat “open” , not fully enclosed. The bathrooms got really wet & we needed housekeeping to replace the towels daily. That’s my only complaint since in the US we’re used to having the showers totally separate from the rest of the bathroom. We were in the 2 bedroom penthouse on the 21st floor which had amazing views if the beach.
