Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof

4.5 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (1004)
"The deluxe rooms were superb and very spacious. We liked the little extras such as the coffee machine and the first free drinks in the mini fridge. The tv also plays through speakers in the bathroom. Bath robes and slippers were provided. Hotel in a great location to visit the attractions. The metro is so close as well. The breakfast was also very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the initial lack of hot water in the shower. "

Hotel de France

4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1000)
"I would have given my stay a perfect rating if it weren’t for the fact that at breakfast none of the workers were wearing masks (and it was a buffet). They didn’t care about our safety during this pandemic. Please avoid at the moment. Otherwise, very beautiful hotel. "

Hotel Regina

4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1001)
"Staff were extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! There was a discrepancy in the Expedia site — it said I would get a room with a “city view” when in fact only a few rooms had such a view and I did not get one. I suggest this description be left off. Everything else was great!"

Das Tigra Hotel

4.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1003)
"Not far from the centre of Vienna and shops. Easy walking distance to many of the attractions like the Spanish Riding School and also to an underground station. The room was comfortable and clean but a little too warm and the heating controls didn't seem to alter the temperature very much. Fortunately, the windows opened to let some cooler air in."

Radisson Blu Style Hotel, Vienna

4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1002)
"When we booked we hadn’t realised what a fantastic location this hotel is, truely central with flat walking within city centre for all key amenities. Glad we didn’t book breakfast, high price with so many great options around, get out and enjoy Vienna lifestyle. Only complaint raised and not addressed was excessive heat in room, no individual control confirmed by reception so we left window open. Doesn’t fit their efforts to promote green credentials and should be addressed. That said...

Boutique Hotel Am Stephansplatz

4.0 star property
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (1001)
"A nice hotel in a great location however our room, 208, was too warm and the temperature difficult to control. The A/C only works if the outside air temperature is greater than 19c, we were there in November and the temperature outside was between 2 and 12c. So, the only way to cool the room was to open the windows, our room looked out onto a courtyard where staff were seen working and there was a corridor opposite so we couldn’t leave the windows and/or curtains open. The cathedral clock starts...
