"Everything from the decor, to the staff, to the rooms, to the check in, to the drinks, to the ambience, to the breakfast was 10/10! Truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. They just received a Michelin key in 2024, and you can see why. So well deserved. Everything about this hotel was perfect. "We found this hotel to be wonderful! The location adjacent to the canal was great to access all the restaurants and the Saturday vintage/flea market. We stayed only a night, bed was very comfortable, and double room was spacious and had amenities. The morning breakfast was great, the drinks with the afternoon apertivo hit the spot, and the staff from housekeeping to bar to front desk were very nice. I highly recommend staying here!"

"The Navigli suites are not well-signposted from the outside and we weren't sure of the entrance location at first and phoned the manager who came and met us at a door. He was very cheerful, an excellent English speaker and he gave us lots of advice. The room was very clean, large, with a big firm comfortable bed, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, two hobs, coffee percolator), powerful ensuite shower, bidet and toilet. "The room was very clean and was cleaned daily with new set of towels and beds made daily. The staff is readily available for any assistance and was easy to communicate with. Staff even messaged me on whatsapp to give me updates on when I was able to check-in. The only challenge we had was locating the entrance of the building, you really need to follow the map provided by hotels.com and use google maps. It will send you to the building and you'd have to look at the directory to see the hotel...
