"My favorite hostel I stayed at while in Italy! The facility was new and you could tell, it was high quality. The staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke English well and was very helpful. The bed was comfy and facilities were excellent. Only complaint was the street the hotel was on was dangerous, you can’t walk with headphones in or there’s a high chance you’ll get hit by a car… just be careful! "

Two minutes later no sight of block 5, we walked round for ages and decided to go back to reception to request a guide to the location only for it to be closed and no one there for advice. Eventually we found our room, nothing like the pictures in a run down...
