"We loved the room, which is undoubtedly the most important part. With that being said.. upon arrival we walked into the Check-In area and the desk clerk was loudly arguing with another employee. The argument persisted for 10 minutes and we werent acknowledged until it was over. The check-in process was easy for us, but the hotel lacked professionalism."
