"We loved this little hotel, just steps from a tiny canal. The room and the double bed were small but this is Europe! Not a problem for us. There are cafes everywhere, including near this hotel, and a little gelato shop just over the bridge (30 second walk) we decided to call “Last Chance Gelato” temping us every night on our way back to the hotel for bedtime. This is a simple, safe, clean place to sleep in Venice. Great staff and lovely service. We’d stay again!"

"The service was excellent and the location was great. Not too far from the train station. My only complaint is that the mattress on my bed was toooo hard and I did not sleep comfortably. "

"Perfect location. Near many of the points of interest and the water bus. One negative was the tv which had probably 200 channels and all were in Italian. We certainly didn't travel to Venice to watch tv it is nice to have something to watch in bed at night. We are English speakers but they have nothing in French, German etc. Other than that it's a nice place "

"We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "

"This is not a Hotel, this is a hoStel. The facilities were incompatible for a family with a baby. There was no one to give information or do the check-in. The phone was incorrect on Expedia. We took a long and valuable time trying to contact someone. We had to book another property (a real hotel) on the last minute. We asked for the cancellation of the hoStel booking and to be refunded. However, the person we could contact on the phone just ignored us. We lost a lot of money time. This was not...

"It was our first Venice trip, and we are so happy we booked this place, amazing experience, beautiful island. 20 mins boat to Venice Mainland, and the boats run every 45 min. The hotel staff is very friendly. Food is fresh from the local farms. Highly recommend it!"

"The location was very good. We shared a bathroom and it did not have AC. They did give us a fan to use on our second night stay. It was close to the train station. "

"No respetaron mi reseva que se pago. Mencionron que no laboraban ese dia y el dia siguiente. No encontre habitacion ese dia y me quede a dormir en la calle.. Para llegar a la ubicacion tardamos 4 horas desde la estacion. Fue terrible"
