"This villa was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We loved having the pool right out the front door, and the gated community was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. There are dozens of restaurants (and shopping) within a 10-15 minute walk, and we enjoyed watching the monkeys in the trees during our walks to the beach (about 15 minutes). The villa was fully equipped to cook and we also enjoyed using the grill. We appreciated the designated parking spot...

"Location was great. One minute walk to beach to watch the sunset almost every evening. Property management was very responsive to any needs that we had. Real old world, charm and a beautiful outdoor area with trees, plants and a pool. location. Quiet area, but yet only four minutes away by golf cart to Tamarindo, where a lot of action is going on. I would definitely recommend this place."

"This is was the perfect house for our 10 person getaway. The property manager was so helpful and responded right away with any questions we had. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. The view is spectacular. The pool is gorgeous. Walking into town was easy. The hike back up is more challenging, but also doable. Always an option to get in your rental car and drive down if you can't hike back up. I would stay here again!!"

"This was a lovely stay in a unique property, with a main floor and a loft. Parking was convenient and the kitchen included all we needed. A car was necessary, was there are not a lot of dining/shopping options within walking distance. "

"We were family of four adults and three children under 9 years old. We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The host asked us for our bed preferences and had all rooms set up exactly as we had requested. The house is very well equipped for a family group and is in a great location: on a quiet, wooded lot about a five minute drive from Sámara town and beach. We spent mornings on the beach and the afternoons in the delightful pool. The local property managers were helpful and responsive....

"Casa Natalia is a beautiful, modern home to share with family and friends. Jimmy the property manager was great with communication, bringing us groceries from Costco, helping coordinate shuttles to the airport and suggesting activities to do. The house staff was friendly and helpful. The next door home is under construction, however it did not bother us wuth enjoying the pool and ocean. "

We were very happy that there were several boogie boards at the property. They got a lot of use. There was also a place a short distance away that rented surf boards. The food was wonderful. "This was the perfect rental for a grandparents trip! I mean we were steps from the beach and pool and there were monkeys in the trees! The villa is spacious and well designed. Air conditioning, and well everything, worked perfectly. Yes, Cesar in hospitality, was very helpful. He was great! The food at Solana was very good. The resort and owners were both very helpful. We rent a lot, this unit it special and we’ll priced! "

The rooftop patio was nice to relax on with very comfortable furniture. They also had beach chairs that we could use which was very handy. Would love to stay here again. "
