Staff was quick to assist us via WhatsApp in late check in information, willing to stay and meet us when we arrived, and even changed our dates (per our request) without penalty when our flights were delayed by 24 hours. The willingness to work with us, quick responses, and generosity of this hotel will never be lost on us.. thank you Zulu for saving our trip! "

"This is a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is super helpful with special call out to Diego who helped us find surfing lessons in Tamarindo on our last day at the last minute! We loved our stay here. I highly recommend it. I would say just a smidge pricey for not including breakfast...but all in all, no complaints!"
