"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are all super friendly and would bend over backwards to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast buffet could use a little variety from day to day. The pool and the views were beautiful. My only complaint would be about the Langostas ( Giant Grasshoppers) that would cover the doors and walkways outside the rooms. You had to be extremely cautious opening your door or they would get into your room and no one wants to sleep with a 4 inch flying grasshopper in their room. They would be in the elevators at night also. They would unexpectedly fly at you. They don't bite but they have barbs on their legs that can scratch you. I know we were in a jungle but it seems there should be some kind of fumigation that would keep them away."

"The stay was amazing. The Westin app and using that the reserve dinner was not user friendly. It was not responsive so you couldnt read the menus and dinner availability was very limited. We were better off calling the help line and getting reservations that way. Plus any additional service like golf or spa was done outside of the app. "

"What a beautiful property. After finding it in the dark we were so pleasantly surprise.We were a group of 7 56 year old grade school friends that stayed a week in this lavish casa. The layout with two levels and 4 rooms was perfect. So many places to sit and watch the waves and sunsets. Huge kitchen to cook in with 2 refrigerators and freezer with the ice maker came in handy. Gama greeted us as we arrived and helped us unload our bags. Waking up each morning with the howler monkeys in the trees behind the house barking orders at each other was so cool. The frogs and the geckos chirping at each other was a true example of what it would be like staying in Costa Rica. Irene came in everyday and cleaned the house. She was amazing and very sweet. We spent two days hanging around the house enjoying a message by a masseuse in the upstairs sitting area overlooking the ocean. Awesome in so many ways. While we waited our turn we swam in the beautiful pool and drank a cocktail. The rooms were kept cold and the outside patio was great for doing some office work. The Wi-Fi was used though out the house. Time slowed down at Coco Flotante and was a perfect vacation spot for 7 business women to unwind, reflect and catch up. The stairs leading to the beach was decent until the last 5 feet which was a climb but we are already planning our trip back to Coco Flotante. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We are already looking at booking our trip back there. Gracias! "

"Very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Noisy environment but I expected that because it's in the middle of town. I wanted to be close to the dental clinic I was visiting."
