"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"We loved the neighborhood. Convenient and safe. The pool was lovely. The apartment was clean and quiet. Madeline was very responsive. Highly recommended for a single traveler, couple, or small family. "

"Property was clean with adequate supplies. Two blocks from the beach. Street parking was available. Shower water pressure was weak. Very dark condo with only one operable window in the kitchen. Nice little courtyard. Power outage one day. Host communicated well. "

"One of the nicest places I stayed during a week in PR. The second night there were other guests upstairs that were very loud. We had to leave for a flight at 2:30am and they were still partying upstairs. However, that was the only downside. There was a hairdryer, microwave, and fridge, and it was clean. The street parking was a bit crazy like everywhere else we stayed but there were always a few spots open when we got back. They also provided beach towels. Overall, the nicest place I stayed on...

"We felt welcome upon arrival and enjoyed two nights here as home base while exploring the area. Staff were friendly and offered great ideas when we inquired about dining etc. There is construction in the Condado area but fortunately this little gem offered a plant and flower-filled oasis for us to rest and restore. "

"The breakfast buffet is great and kids eat free. The pool is a little cold on most days but there is a warm jacuzzi that’s kind of small for 10 people. The slides were fun for the kids. I wish the breakfast was included because the cost of the rooms are quite high all year around. The beach is nice but it’s a red flag beach so swimming is dangerous. We enjoyed the waves but watched our children like hawks. The terrazzo restaurant gelato is delicious. Many restaurant around the hotel at walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"Without question, the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating hotel staff of anywhere I have traveled, all over the world! The hotel is absolutely lovely and right smack dab in the middle of everything. Great dining, shopping and sightseeing just steps away. Super cool little photo booths on site as well as an adorable sweet treats cafe with the friendliest shopkeeper. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place! We truly did not want to leave and now we can’t wait to go back again. It was an awesome place to stay and we had a fabulous vacation in Old San Juan! "
