"The owner is responsive with inquiries and confirmed that the house was ready for our late arrival. There was plenty of room in the driveway for multiple cars and the house sits on a cul-de-sac so you could park at the top of the driveway if necessary (e.g., snow). There were extra sheets, bedding, and blankets around, although I might suggest bringing some extra if you have the max # of ppl and you need to spread out. This was one of the few nice houses that could accommodate our three families...

"We enjoyed our stay in Murphy’s. The house worked out nicely for us. It was very clean and comfortable. They did provide things but the bare minimum but the house was perfectly located walking distance to the main street and very comfortable home. The location was very quiet. I really would have enjoyed using the fireplace but they made it off limits to guests which was an unfortunate situation for us. I have a similar heater at home and run it constantly so that was my only complaint. ...

"Everything was perfection! The only suggestion I would make is to supply one pot of coffee since most people would stop at the market on the way up and not know the kind of coffee maker provided. We left the coffee and filters for the next guest"

The Blue Lake Springs area, which was new to us since we love going to lake mont pines.We went to the bear valley ski resort and it was a beautiful short drive up there. I loved that we were so close to Big Trees State Park, love going there!! It was a wonderful location . This cabin was very spacious and the kitchen was great, loved the dinner table.
