"Great place to stay, very dog friendly we loved the hot tub and the fenced in dog yard. The appliances are all new and worked great. My family stayed there over Christmas and had a great time. It was close to restaurants in Forest city and Morganton I would recommend and stay there again."

"Delightful quiet time with plenty of options for surround activities in town and hiking. Smaller rental but the owners make great use of the layout. The view from the hot tub at night is breath taking. Hot tub, 30 degree night, and beautiful stars to look at. Cant say enough about this view."

"This is a nice little place to stay on the water at Lake James. We did have a few issues with the place. The bathroom fan worked sometimes, but mostly not. The sliding glass door to the kitchen is very hard to lock. This needs attention."
