My check-in was interrupted several times by a very rude guest. However, the desk clerk managed to keep her cool very nicely, answered the rude's questions, and even apologized to me for the woman's behavior. I asked for a late ckeck-out, and they were able to accommodate me.

I’ve stayed here several times while traveling to see family. This time it was not pleasant. My bed sheets had a cigarette burn in them, the pillow smelled like man’s cologne, and the towels were dingy beige. The carpet was slick and the shower needed updating.

Staff and exceptionally wonderful, but Rooms didn't seem to be cleaned found food in refrigerator and had to have them change a bed cause there was stuff on the sheets !
