"This was a couples trip birthday celebration/wind down from all the holiday craziness and it was perfect. We did a 5 mile hike with amazing views, chillaxed, laughed, ppayed games at night. There was a wine bottle we enjoyed with dinner the host left as a gift. We highly recommend "

"My wife and I frequent the Texas Hill Country and look for quiet cabins in remote areas. This one was perfect for us. The cabin is well maintained, clean, and lacking in nothing. The location was remote, quiet, and literally on the river. It is hard to access the water because of the steep river bank. There is a large rope provided to stabilize your climb down and back up. Not a problem for us able-bodied old folks. Kids would love it. We found our stay to quite enjoyable and look forward to returning in the future."

"Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, but, could use alittle updating. Room smelled alittle stuffy, but was not too bad. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Had an excellent hot breakfast. Large variety to choose from and was hot n fresh, really liked having the option for chocolate milk and one button pancake maker. Would definitely stay here again"
