"Since my wife wasn't with me, I was trying to find a place to stay that didn't break the bank. This was the cheapest place in town, so I gave it a shot. BIT WAS I SURPRISED! It was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were great. I'll stay here from now on and my wife will love it, too!"

"This little cabin is quaint, Cozy and off the beaten path. With it being off the beaten path, it is probably super important for you to know if there’s no cell service. They do have Wi-Fi, but receiving calls is a no go. Which, makes it for a nice relaxing getaway. Truly a place to unplug. The river water was low, but the deer and wildlife make up for it. "House was nice easy to locate in a quiet area. The only issue was the bedding was washed in heavly scented detergent which was an issue gor my Aunt with asthma. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer so we could wash them again with unscented detergent. The grill was nice to have especially since there is no close restaurants. "

"It was very peaceful and enjoyable. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. One family of 4 people and one small dog and another family of 4. The home sits on 25 acres of west Texas range land which was great for hiking. We recommend the veiw from “The Platform”."
