"We loved everything during this trip, from the seamless check in and check out to the point that beach is spectacular, staff is very attentive, service is on another level. Rooms and the grounds are beautiful. Food was good, but closer to 4 star quality. One thing we wish there was more variety of nights shows. Overall great stay, would definitely recommend to visit."

"Resort is top notch. Food variety is amazing. Clean plenty of swimming pools, sun beds, sun umbrelas. Beach has part rocks part sand but within resort there is a nice beach section with white fine sand. Palladium White Sand Resort is a place to go! Every part of the resort is pretty much a part that you can spend a day at, if you decide to get lost in the hugeness of the propperty. "Stayed in the Family Select section for 9 days with my wife, and 2 young daughters, plus my in laws (4 seniors, 2 adults and a baby). Good: - the butler service was great. We had Daniel (who was amazing) and Rogelio, who was also amazing. -junior suite (building 51 is really close to the beach) was well appointed, modern, clean, and stocked. - FS beach is really nice, shallow, plenty of chairs. "Beautiful property but the food was not great at the restaurants we were pushed to make reservations with. The buffet was the same food as the restaurant food just on a different scale. Also we had a hard time getting a hold of guest services for towels, the room was cleaned towels were taken but never replenished. Took 2 days for that to resolve. "
