"They should advise the guests to request the taxi driver to drive up the hill to the hotel receptionist building. Our taxi drive left us at the bottom of the hill, and we had to pull 2- 45 lbs luggage up the hill, about 3 to 400 steps. Hand towers should be provided. 2 pillows will be better than one. "

"Next door to HKU station so a great base to explore Hong Kong- only a few minutes walk to the lovely central and western district promenade too! Rooms are compact but well equipped and beds very comfortable. Staff all helpful and cleaning was a good standard. Small pool and decent Gym on top floor. "We had a fantastic stay here. It’s a 5 minute walk to the MTR station. The size of the room is huge. The kitchen area was handy as we could make some simple meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. And, of course, the view was stunning. The government has initiated a new green policy so no toiletries are provided, although you do have the option to purchase some at the front desk or at nearby shops. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again."
