"This hotel has a grand entrance to drive up to. The rooms are large and well appointed. However, it seems like the front desk staff, at least the ones I dealt with, are not the top team. I'd ask a question and get an off topic response. Then I'd have to repeat myself. While this could be a luxury property, they need to make some cosmetic improvements like: the pool needs to be resurfaced, the roof and siding of the adjacent building needs to pressure washed and painted. "Fantastic pool and lovely new rooms. Was disappointed by the dinning at Miss Songs - didn’t eat most of the meals. Would not recommend that restaurant but the quarterdeck does a lovely seafood platter "

"Really nice resort although the walls are not sound proof… you can hear people shower and flush toilet if you are in your bathroom as well as outside noise in the corridors. "
