"The Staff were extremely helpful and nice. We arrived hours early so I thought we would see if we could store our luggage. Turned out, we could check in. We were swimming 10 minutes later. "We stayed at Hilton surfers paradise during Cyclone Alfred, in fact with flight cancellations we are still staying at the Hilton. They’ve been absolutely amazing, we came over for my son’s 9th birthday and the staff were absolutely amazing. It didn’t matter which staff we dealt with they were awesome! They went above & beyond for my son’s birthday!! I would recommend the Hilton to everyone!! We have a 3 bedroom apartment for the 5 of us (4 Adults, 1 child) it’s an amazing set up and has worked extremely well for us! I can’t thank all the staff that have been here working rather than being at home safe with their families and looking after their homes. "
