"We only stayed one night, so it's a little hard to review, but the resort has certainly improved since we last stayed many years ago. The Casino was terrible (I'm sorry to say), the swim up bar was lovely but staff need to be up skilled in service and communication/interaction with guests. The staff that greet you out front are wonderful, which makes for a great first impression, keep it up boys. "This hotel has a grand entrance to drive up to. The rooms are large and well appointed. However, it seems like the front desk staff, at least the ones I dealt with, are not the top team. I'd ask a question and get an off topic response. Then I'd have to repeat myself. While this could be a luxury property, they need to make some cosmetic improvements like: the pool needs to be resurfaced, the roof and siding of the adjacent building needs to pressure washed and painted.
