"We loved our stay at the Cairns Plaza Hotel! Our apartment was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view and huge balcony. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had good amenities for a long stay, including a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle. Our only major complaint was the lack of an in-room safe. You can store valuables in the front desk safe, but they’re not individual safety deposit boxes like I’ve used in other hotels. Minor suggestions for improvement include adding a toaster and stating on the welcome sheet that ice is available at the front desk. Overall, we highly recommend the Cairns Plaza Hotel and would happily return! "

"Nice coffee machine available. Was able to do some laundry although limited hours and dryer didn’t work so well. Walkable distance to boarding the boats for scuba/snorkel day trips."

"What a beautiful hotel, the staff could not do enough for you! The hotel was in a great location, easy to access the Reef Fleet Terminal and the Esplanade, with a short walk to the lagoon. Absolutely beautiful view from our room. Thanks for a great stay!"
