However, the best element of the stay was the excellent customer service. All of the staff were very polite, attentive and made our stay very special. The birthday card signed by the staff that was left in our room was a further lovely touch which we really appreciated. Also you have to love the amazing Peacock's who were truly the stars of the show!"
