"A bit noisy in the bar area due to a children's Halloween party thst went on longer than ststed"

"It was comfy and warm inside, need to updage the menus in the rooms as they state the menu is availabe 24/7 however when asked it was only 2 items of the menu available after 11pm. Also maybe extra or thicker pillows, but apart from this is it was very nice to stay here and would definitely stay again."

"The room was fine, we did,however,have dirty spoons,and a dirty mug. Breakfast was good, however, there were no pancakes whilst we were there, we were towards the end of the breakfast time but things should be re-stocked. It was apparent that they were under staffed. The staff did their best"

"Super friendly staff who fussed over our dog and made I'm very welcome. As this was our first hotel stay with a dog I was very impressed. My only quibble was there was no usb socket to charge my phone. Only on leaving did I discover plugs could be borrowed at reception, I will know for next time."

"We had a friendly welcome and all of the staff gave excellent service. The room was a good size with a lovely high ceiling. The breakfast was delicious and of a high quality with plenty of staff available to help. The main issue was that the room was above the front door so there was a lot of noise in the evening of people talking/shouting outside as there was a function on. There was also the noise of other guests outside the room in the middle of the night. There was a slight issue with dinner...

"Easy check in , evening meal reasonably priced and a lovely meal .We could have asked at reception for more towels for bathroom but only one bath towel and hand towel Lovely white towels clean and soft for 2 people.Overall good visit"
