"Delightful in every respect. For us it’s a convenient stop off on our way up north to visit family, close to the motorway, easy to access with ample parking. "Great stay, nice welcome from the owner Paul, who was very attentive during breakfast which was lovely and satisfying. Room was clean, very comfortable bed, good size TV and nice welcome tray. There was off road parking and the property was located right in the hart of Stockton Heath, so convenient for the bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is amazing we didn't want to leave. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the size of the room was huge. The only thing that was disappointing is that you have to pay for the spa which you would thing would be free with it being a 4 star hotel. But besides that we really enjoyed our stay. "
