"By far the friendliest people in the UK I have ever met. The owners go above and beyond expectations to make sure you are comfortable. Very convenient walk to Anfield. Not fancy accommodations, however cleanliness, friendliness, and convenience made for an incredible stay. Great pub food as well. I will return with friends in tow!! "

"Once again the George Inn proved to be an excellent place to stay. As ever the staff were so friendly and helpful, allowing me to park my car before the actual check in time in their free parking area right outside the premises. A warm welcome was received when we did check in later on and our whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Selby is a lovely town, and with the George Inn being situated right in the centre next to the abbey, all shops, restaurants, cocktail bars, pubs etc are within...

"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"
