"I loved my stay at the four points the location is superb right on the financial district station red line. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the staff on the front doors, check in was polite and easy the guys and ladies near the elevators, organising taxis, the trip and spa coordinates near the elevators were informative but not harassing which is lovely. "We stayed at the Swissotel and had a very enjoyable time. The room was clean and spacious with a large king bed. The best part of the hotel is the staff who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The only negative is the room had the shower in the bath and you need to be very careful using to ensure you don’t fall. Maybe challenging for someone with mobility issues. "
