"Had a great stay at Mövenpick al Bustan. A few problems while checking in as the new lady at the front was about to charge me extra as she provided me with someone else’s room, so make sure to check your name before signing. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the housekeeping team are AMAZING! Huge lobby so there is always somewhere to sit and chat. We had purchased the breakfast package and there were tons of options of food. The male at the egg station, is terrible! He doesn’t want to make fresh eggs for the customers and instead pushes them to the already pre-made egg options. When I told him “no salt” on my eggs he adds salt infront of me, extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful towards customers health concerns. "
