"We were upgraded to the new glass section which was lovely. When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom. We went for a meal and by the time we got back the issues had been addressed. The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you "

"Overall very good. Room was quite small, but had everything that was needed - particulary impressed that the TV had a sleep timer and the shower water pressure was amazing! Quality of food at the breakfast buffet was really good. When checking in, lots of the car-parking at the front of the hotel, Tesla EV charging. Overall, really like the hotel and would stay again."
