We loved this hotel. The pool was amazing!!! Alejo was the best always helpful! We loved him!! Also the two best employees in the front Augustina and Sergio Alvarenga went above and beyond to help us. We would come back just to see these three. They were the best!

Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant only open for breakfast however room service available the rest of the day. Area around the hotel was walkable with restaurants and shopping within a 10 minute walk.

I liked that everything was in walking distance and booked through apps tour guides pick you up from hotel. The pool was amazing. What I didn’t like was that when they clean they do a once over because under the shower neck there was grime so it skeaved me also the dirty water drops on the floor by the tub. The AC is good and the size of the room is nice. Also the breakfast was amazing 5 stars
