I was given one of the nicer rooms but with twin beds, I asked her to switch me to a room with a queen/king bed and she informed me that none of the superior rooms were available but would move me to a different room and would advise me when another supervisor room would be available. "Very nice hotel - however while much of it was very clean, in Room 425, there were long black hairs in the bathroom (I am bald, so not from me). I was also surprised about the tub. The bathroom door stop is screwed to the floor, right where you need to step over the side of the tub to enter and exit the combined shower/bathtub - and while there is one grab bar next to the tub, there is nothing to hold onto while entering or exiting the tub."
