"We had a great stay at The Osborne hotel for New Year’s Eve, the location was perfect on the beach & a short (taxi ride) into town for dinner. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly & breakfast was good. The inside pool area was a little tired but I understand they were due to close for two months for some painting/refurb works. Would definitely go back, the children loved it"

"Warm welcome, quick check in. Lovely, large area with comfortable settees to sit in and enjoy a view of the sea. Room (standard double) a reasonable size, comfortable bed. Bathroom was a little dated and the shower was tiny- would’ve been better to have an over the bath shower or my preference take the bath out and have a large walk in shower! "The stay was lovely and a good value for money, the room was a bit outdated and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable as you can feel the springs. The pools area was good just needs some tlc to bring it back up."

"Convenient position. Efficient people on reception. Nice cosy room. I didn't like some noisy guests with no consideration for others e.g. late at night loud talking of adults and children and banging doors. May be a notice in all rooms saying please be considerate to others and close doors quietly and not to speak too loudly. A hook needed on back of bathroom door to hang towel."
