I didn't like some noisy guests with no consideration for others e.g. late at night loud talking of adults and children and banging doors. "Amazing hotel and excellent sea views and location, staff and food/breakfast choice were first class. Bedrooms spacious and well laid out. "My partner and I stayed for a long weekend. I arrived first to check in. Debs was there to greet me and dealt with a last minute request to upgrade my room amazingly. Check-in was quick with clear and easy instructions given. Room 3 was gorgeous! So spacious with plenty of storage for clothing and luggage. There was a handy fridge, table to eat at and a gorgeous balcony. I run warm so it was amazing to be able to open a door and windows. There's a huge TV with Sky channels and a sofa to watch...

"Everything was fine apart from the bathroom floor being dusty. The rest of the room was clean, clean sheets and towels and free WiFi, tea/coffee facilities and hairdryer and a free parking space which is a bonus as parking is limited in that area. The hotel is a little run down, as is the area, but the rooms on the floor that we stayed looked like they'd been renovated, maybe they're working on it gradually. "
