I had a single, ensuite room which was great as a solo traveller, not always this option at some hotels. Gary and James were very welcoming, cleanliness was excellent and a great breakfast. "Very helpful and pleasant staff. We stayed for a night and had a good dinner and breakfast. Simply furnished seaside inn, comfortable bed. Bathroom was basic but all worked and did the job."

"The hotel is in a great position, less than five minutes walk from Lynton centre, has fantastic sea views and also looks down over Lynmouth. It is also right beside the funicular railway and even has its own entrance by the top. Our room wasn't the biggest but it was comfortable and being twin aspect had great views. There is an honesty bar and interesting public areas. There was even an EV charging point in the hotel car park. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"Stay was well priced with breakfast included, although the rooms could do with a refurb throughout. Needs a curtain in the bathroom for privacy . Staff were friendly and helpful"

"A charming little B&B above a biker cafe. Comfortable rooms with all the facilities you need. The owners and cafe staff were welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make the stay as fantastic as possible. A great place to use as a base from which to explore Devon. We will e returning."
