"Great place to stay close to lots to do downtown Toronto. Hotel was nice and clean. Bathroom set up is not great with little counter space and bad lighting. Only 1 mirror in the whole place makes it hard for multiple people to get ready. Pull out couch was not comfortable at all! Mattress is very thin and does not stay in place, slides down into the couch while laying on it. Fine place for one night though "

"Great hotel with a convenient and easily-walkable location. Takes about 10-12 minutes to walk to/from Union Station and Scortiabank arena. About 15 min walk to Real Sports. And, really close to the King St subway if you prefer to take TTC. Easy check in and a lovely little suite. Would recommend :)"

"I am from Toronto but I had a need to stay close to Toronto General Hospital and this hotel was within walking distance which was perfect. What surprised me was that I had daily cleaning services which was unexpected and pleased. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel in all hours of the day which made my stay satisfactory while I dealt with a personal family health emergency. Thank you to the staff for their daily smiles and check ins. "

"The staff at this hotel made our stay so wonderful! They were so helpful and made the experience of celebrating a birthday a very special one. The location is great, very close to King West which has lots of bars and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again! "
