Some people mentioned that the battery died in their fob, but all you have to do is press and hold the button on it when you’re trying to unlock doors and use it, the parking garage can be easy to get lost lol so just remember how to get out and where you parked. "Pros: - Decent place. - Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Cons: - There is a TV gadget, but no signal/service. It's useless. It wasn't indicated in the ad. - The apartment was simply cold (in May). We needed to ask them to bring an electric heater, which was not sufficient either. - The entrance door of the unit was not sturdy. It did not look safe enough. - There were not enough towels to use. The ones available were of very poor quality and old."

"This place was great! Loved that Dundas Station and Eaton Center were easy to get to. As well as the St Lawrence Market, within walking distance. I just wished they informed us that food deliveries will drop food off at the 5th floor, i got lost the first day but no biggie. Felix was super helpful as well. Will definitely book again. "
